Cover Art: This cover was not my favorite in the series. The baby is the best model of the four. The model in the middle has a sad expression. The two men on the sides look too much alike and I thought since one of the men is older than the others, that one would have looked older.

Synopsis: The author warns the reader about triggers in the story. The triggers listed were past miscarriage, past domestic violence, discussions on death, violence, some gore. Before the trigger warnings, she mentions that the story involves MMM non-shifter A/A/O Mpreg romance, with age difference, second chance and some forbidden relationship themes.

Plot: I think that this was a very nice story line. It was different. It is a Mpreg with a twist. There are two alphas who get involved with an omega. I think that this story is all about second chances at love.

Main Characters: The main characters are Sam, Valen and Harris. Sam is an omega who was hired by Harris and Valen to give them cookery lessons. Things between them are strained at first because Sam and Valen share a past, but it improves as the story goes on. The men share sexual chemistry. They are very passionate. They are also gentle and supportive with each other’s troubles.

Secondary Characters: The author gave the reader a mixed bag. There were some very nice characters but also a very nasty one. Sam’s mother and his co-workers are the decent ones. Valen’s family are the nasty, troublesome ones. I think that they were rather abusive towards Valen, Sam and Harris.

Writing Style: I liked Anna’s narrative style. She alternates between Sam, Valen and Harris’ point of views in this story. I think she has a knack for getting into their emotions. Another thing that I like about Her writing is the dialogue. The dialogue is natural and at times full of emotion.

I thought that the intimate scenes were vivid. I liked how she wrote them all together. It did not read like either Harris or Valen was a third wheel.

Conflict/Climax: The source of the conflict in this story is the past. Each man has to deal with a painful history. Plus, they have to deal with a society that disapproves of two alphas and an omega loving each other.

Conclusion: The characters are what made this story worth reading. I loved Valen, Sam and Harris. I think that they were a perfect triad. The sex perfectly placed in the story line.

For all these reasons, I award this book a 9 out of ten stars!
