Cover Art: I liked the cover model. He reminds me of a 1970’s pop star. He has innocent eyes. The background color is purple with white around the male. It makes him appear angelic. The baby is nice, but I just wish it was being held by the man, not a cut and paste job.
Synopsis: The author introduces the reader to the characters and the themes of the story.
Main Characters: Daniel, an omega bicycle delivery boy who had a package to deliver
Cameron, an alpha billionaire and single father who gets a package
Daniel and Cameron are two men who have an instant attraction for each other. They are as different from each other as any couple could be. Daniel is young and inexperienced just starting out in the world and Cameron is older and a business leader. They are so loving and passionate with each other. The author in my opinion created the best couple in the entire series with these two men.
Minor Characters: Janine and Maggie are good additions to the story as minor characters. Janine is there for the men and helps them through their past pain. Maggie is just cute as a button and adds a certain amount of adorableness to the story.
Plot: I found it to straightforward. Alpha and omega meet as if by fate, lust ensues and a happily ever after follows.
Writing Style: I liked the narration. The story alternates between Daniel and Cameron’s viewpoints every other chapter. I liked it because the writer allowed me to get into the characters’ thought processes.
The dialogue was nicely written. Every word seemed to come out naturally. I think that the author did a great job writing Maggie’s lines. She was written as a child not a mini adult.
The author writes great scenes. I loved all the descriptive detail involved in both the tame and the intimate scenes. The sex was electric not fake or overdone.
Conflict/Climax: Daniel and Cameron struggle with issues from their past. These issues cause self-doubt in the men. These struggles are solved by love.
Conclusion: This story was short and sweet. I loved these characters. They really got at my heartstrings with all the love that went around.
For all these reasons, I award this story an 8 out of ten stars!
